MacPorts 2.3.0 now available

The final release of MacPorts 2.3.0 has been made available via the usual methods:

• selfupdate
• pkgs for 10.4, 10.5, 10.6, 10.7, 10.8 and 10.9
• a source tarball
• a tag in subversion
